Lily Throughout the Year!

Lily is always up to something and making us laugh all the time! I wanted to share some of my favorites from throughout the year...of course, with 15,000 pictures, I know there are many more favorites but not enough room to post them all here!

"Voila! The Cheerios are gone!"

She LOVES bathtime!

"Huh?!?"

"I'm having so much fun Mom!!"

"Peek-a-boo!"

See her cute little pigtails!!?!!

My little ghetto baby!!

She had fallen asleep at our friend's house and when we woke her up, she had this rockin hair-do...we had to get a picture!

Got to love the snot bubble...

She has been playing with that Corona box for two weeks...if only I had known that all it took was a Corona box to keep her happy!

"Hey Mom! I LOVE my new shoes!!"

A Night of Pumpkin Carving!!!

On October 18th, we had the Gatties over for a little pumpkin carving (which I haven't done for years!) and some of the best pizza I have had in my entire life! Putting the frustration aside, after the carving was all said and done, the results were AWESOME! I was the only one that didn't do it freehand and used a template but I have no shame...my lasted the longest and was thrown away before it wilted! Here's a few photos of our carving fun!

Almost done...my fingers were killing me at this point!

The results...mine was the skull and cross bones, Mac did the cat, and Tim did the ghost...the pumpkin seeds we were snacking on at this point tasted all that much better because of all the hard work we had just done!

Drawing diligently...

Using the bench as leverage...

Tim cleaning the seeds from the pumpkin meat...he really had the hardest job out of all of us...

Pumpkin Pickin' in Julian, CA

There definitely isn't anything similar between CA and MA...especially when it comes to the seasons: however, I can say that Julian, CA does a good job at trying to create that "fall" atmosphere...something I was certainly spoiled with all growing up with the crisp air, changing leaves, and hot apple pie. On October 11th, we spent the day in Julian with our friends Ann, Tim and their little guy Aidan picking pumpkins, eating pastrami sandwiches and turkey burgers, tasting wine, and of course eating fresh apple and strawberry rhubarb pie. Here's a few pictures of our adventures together!

Thankfully those beautiful blues eyes take away from the ever-flowing drool!

Our friends The Gatties!

It's just me:)

My little family!

Lily and Mommy...notice the pigtails! I love them!

She was so sweet sitting there on the biggest pumpkin we could find...

"Mom, this flower smells so good!"

Daddy and Lily!

"Wait one minute Mom!!! I'll be with you in a moment!"

Lily's first documented kiss...they really do love eachother!

Tim and Mac eating the best pie from "Mom's"...it was amazing!

My partner in crime and her little man, Aidan:)

My A-DORABLE Little Lily :-)

With this baby, there is never a dull moment. Always doing something sweet, funny, cute, or just plain amazing, I can't say enough about her! On a picnic day at Balboa Park on September 2nd, I just caught a few pictures of Lily being what she is - A-DORABLE!

I love getting close-ups of her...she is always so expressive:)

She's gotten to the point that she won't even look at me anymore when I'm trying to get pictures of her...I think she's a little sick of the flash...of course, it could be the 15,000 pictures I have of her since she was born...literally.

"Cheese!"

"Excuse me, can I help you with something?"

Family Day at Balboa Park

On October 12th, we decided to head to Balboa Park for a day of family fun. It really gives Lily the opportunity to run around and get all her energy out with plenty of parks and fields to run in...and of course the fountains and lily ponds that she loves! Here are a few shots of our day together:)

Yes, I am officially married to the HOTTEST guy in the universe:)

Daddy is always teaching Lily new things! They were watching the koi fish in the pond and looking at the waterlilies. It was sweet:)

Huh Mom? Don't eat that???

"Yes Lily, that's grass and dirt. And no, we don't eat it."

"But Dad, I'm trying to tell you something..."

She just loves being on our shoulders. I would too if I could see better from there! Only one problem, the river of drool that falls down your back while she's up there. Eww.

They are so sweet together!

HOT Summer!

This certainly has been a fun summer! Being a crazy kid, Lily likes to keep active and have a good time whenever possible! Fortunately, we have some great friends (who also happen to have a blow up pool!) and we had quite a day of fun!!

After a long day of playing, she relaxed to a little guitar music and did her infamous "jammin out" lips...feel free to laugh...I know it's hilarious!

Who doesn't love seeing a baby having the BEST TIME EVER!!!

She literally just smiles all day long...I can't get enough of it!

Sweet little doll face...

You have to love that baby "hawk"...wait till you see pics for Halloween!!
