On November 2nd, the House of Scotland was the host at the International Villages at Balboa Park which was a particularly special host for Mac. He was able to get dressed in his kilt and we enjoyed some of the best food and company! The bagpipers were amazing, the dancers were energetic, and the atmosphere was so positive! I may go so far as to say that this was one of my favorite times at Balboa Park! Here's some photos to document this fun day!
P.S. Notice the hot guy in the kilt:)

The gentleman on the right is world-renowned bagpiper, Lorne Cousin, who is now teaching at The House of Scotland every other Monday...I was nearly brought to tears listening to him play and it was an honor to meet him! Feel free to visit him at his website:

He looked so handsome!

Me and my sweet little Lily-Pie!

The gentleman to the right, Scott, served 28 in the US Navy. He and Mac surely had many things to talk about!
